The pricing options for the 151-151 meeting database system include :
- A subscription SaaS (Software as a Service) model – where the server software and all uploaded data is stored on secure shared cloud based servers.
- A custom installation – where the core 151-151 database and server software is installed on an internal or dedicated cloud hosted server.
The SaaS (Software as a Service) model
Under the SaaS price model, your 151-151 account is hosted on a shared, cloud based AWS server. You will pay a yearly subscription for a single secure Account on the central 151-151 meeting database system. You can create any number of user logins for that Account. The subscription also includes a comprehensive online software support service.

Under the SaaS price model, we will also levy a series of “Pay-as-you-Use” charges. You only pay these charges when you use a specific 151-151 service or function.

Custom installations
A custom installation is where we install and maintain the 151-151 system on dedicated servers.

Activation price for the 151-151 Windows App
The 151-151 meeting management system consists of a web based console and an optional Windows App which will connect to the server.
The Windows App is free to download and does not display in-app ads. However the App is initially limited to storing a maximum of 5 local meeting recordings. To remove this limit, we levy an App Activation Fee.
The App Activation Fee is purchased through the 151-151 web console and is a single cost for all devices which connect to a single 151-151 login.
For example if you have a single 151-151 web console login, but want to use that login from 3 different Windows PCs, then you would only pay a single App Activation Fee for all 3 devices.
